Creating your wedding

Set your wedding date, location, and theme. BlushWed will generate a personalized planning timeline based on how far out your big day is.

Managing your budget

Add budget categories (venue, catering, flowers, etc.), set estimates, and log actual payments. The dashboard shows real-time spending vs. estimates.

Adding vendors

Track each vendor with their name, category, contact info, contract status, and payment schedule. Never lose track of a deposit again.

Building your guest list

Add guests individually or import a list. Track RSVPs, meal preferences, plus-ones, and table assignments all in one place.

How do I change my wedding date?

Go to Settings in your dashboard and update your wedding date. Your personalized timeline will automatically adjust to reflect the new date.

Can I share my account with my partner?

Not yet, but collaborative planning is on our roadmap! For now, you can share your login credentials or we recommend one partner manages the account.

How does the budget optimizer work?

The budget tracker lets you set estimated costs per category and log actual payments. It calculates remaining budget in real time and highlights categories that are over or under budget so you can reallocate funds.

Can I export my guest list?

Yes! You can export your full guest list as a CSV file from the Guests page. This is great for sharing with your venue, caterer, or stationer.

What's included in the free plan?

The free plan includes up to 50 guests, 5 vendor slots, basic budget tracking, and a personalized timeline. It's everything you need to get started.

How do I upgrade to Pro or Lifetime?

Go to Settings in your dashboard and click 'Upgrade'. You can choose between Pro ($19/month) for unlimited everything, or Lifetime ($149 one-time) for permanent access.

Is my wedding data private and secure?

Absolutely. Your data is stored securely with Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security. We never share or sell your data. Only you can access your wedding details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from Settings > Subscription. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your billing period. Your data is never deleted.
