1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BlushWed ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BlushWed is an smart wedding planning platform that provides budget tracking, vendor management, guest list management, timeline generation, and other planning tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not share your account with others.

4. Free and Paid Plans

The free plan includes core features with limited smart features (3 suggestions per day). Pro ($19/month) and Lifetime ($149 one-time) plans include unlimited smart features. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Pro subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled anytime. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 30 days.

6. Generated Content

Generated timelines, budget tips, and recommendations are provided as suggestions only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of generated outputs. You are responsible for verifying all information before acting on it.

7. User Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into BlushWed. You may export or delete your data at any time. We reserve the right to use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

BlushWed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to wedding planning decisions made based on generated recommendations.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.
